Stayed at this property based on price and convenience. It was incredibly hot that day, and the AC was off in the room on arrival. It was not able to cool down the room at all, took until the next day. The room is very old and had a few minor upkeep items that need addressed. The fridge on a tilt, illegal electrical wiring 2 fixtures into one plug and through a wall. Shower head sits at chest level lol! Bed is like a cot. Was basically a place to shower (bent over) and sleep. Overpriced for what it is. Tourist season trap.

The location is great with easy access to the beach, which was the only highlight. Unfortunately, the property itself was in poor condition—smelled bad, felt unclean, and clearly not well-maintained. Staff were unprofessional and unhelpful, and the overall service was terrible. Definitely not worth the high price given the state of the place. Would not recommend.

Made the awful mistake of booking this place without reading the reviews. Upon check in, I was clearly a huge inconvenience to the lady at the counter and she didn't acknowledge me until I asked to check in. All she said was "how did you book" and "here's your total." Not a hello, welcome, enjoy your stay, etc. This lady did not care if we lived or died so long as they got my money. The room wasn't as terrible as expected, clearly hadn't been updated since before I was born. Wifi slow and spotty. Don't expect a good shower unless you love eye level showerheads, no pressure and inconsistent water temperature. A microwave would have been a nice touch. Parking was tricky as multiple parties of guests were allowed to park their vehicles horizontally across the parking stalls and take up all the spots so they could set up tents to cook and drink in the parking lot. This hotel was super embarrassing to bring my friends to for their first stay in town. You'd be more welcome in a Walmart parking lot than staying here.

Room was ok, I liked the separate bedroom. Kitchen was good, full sized fridge was nice, but there was no microwave or coffee maker. Beds were very hard & uncomfortable. No amenities were available - pool & hot tub were covered/locked.

Nice place close to the lake

It is a nice place. They do all the efforts to make it tidy and clean, as a family business. It needs some renovation. Having a kitchen, was a good thing. The most enjoyable thing was that the resort on the lake with a private beach. We enjoyed staying there, with the pools. Thank you!

Fridge squealing all day and night. Beddings dirty I was sneezing all night seems like there was a pet before us and bed wasnt washed. Oven still had old food. Water pressure of the toilet not strong enough wont flush properly. Beach area is nice, quiet and private

The only thing going for this motel is that it’s right on the beach. Check in staff were not friendly at all. Was told not to use anything in the kitchen or we would be charged extra. Wouldn’t want to use it anyway, as it was grossly dirty and ancient. Everything in the entire room was dirty. I don't think they know how to clean. TV channels were very limited and it was also on top of the fridge, so not convenient. Beds were old and uncomfortable. A/C was very loud. No microwave or coffee pot. I would never ever stay here again and would never recommend. Stay somewhere else.

Our room was next to the dumpster (smelly), the mattress was terrible (old and needs to be replaced), the air conditioner was so noisy that we couldn't hear the TV or leave it on during the night. There was only one small window in the entry door so we couldn't leave the curtain open to allow for fresh air during the night. The location was great and the views from the hotel were stunning. Too bad the motel didn't compare to the view. This motel has lots of potential if upgrades were made.

First things first, this is an oder property and hasnt been upgraded for quite some time. Beds are very soft, bathroom fan sounded like it was gonna fall apart at any time. Nothing real bad, just dated. On the plus side it was very clean. Location is amazing, private beach just steps away with an amazing veiw. There's a great little coffee shop right across the street and 1 door over is a great little resteraunt with the nicest staff. If you beleive in " You get what you pay for" then this place is perfect. We stayed for a week in the beginning of September so rates were alot better than in high season. If you go in summer there's no such thing as cheap in Osoyoos anyway. Choices are limited.

If I was still 19 getting black out drunk every night. Sure I could make it work. It was the only affordable place left to book semi last minute. So didn’t have an option. Guy at the front desk was rude. Most uncomfortable bed imaginable. Unbearably loud AC. Has not been updated in 30 years and was not clean at all. But it was right on the beach. Only bright spot
