Extremely Bad: 1. There was a raw sewage smell coming from bathroom drain. 2. The pillows and linen to had a foul odor. 3. There was hair everywhere in the room and bathroom. 4. The bathroom sink faucet did not work, couldn’t even wash my hands. 5. Broken gate motor that left the vehicles unsecured in the parking lot across a busy street. 6. The breakfast spread was average for two days and on the third day breakfast was the bare minimum. We left the hotel and did not even eat breakfast on the fourth day. 7. The hotel denied Expedia a $70.00 refund request for one first night due to (GOL Airlines Severe Weather Delay) arriving a day late.

É a segunda vez que me hospedo no hotel, a primeira vez foi direto com eles, dessa vez pelo hotéis eu recebi um quarto menor, mas que atendeu minhas necessidades, café da mãe atende perfeitamente as expectativas, os funcionários são atenciosos e simpáticos, estacionamento do outro da rua que poderia ser analisado uma forma de melhorar, precisa descer do carro sempre que vai abrir o portão e se estiver chovendo é pior. Check in também dessa vez demorou demais, é feito pelo gov e não conseguia incluir dependente, então demorou bastante na minha opinião. Infelizmente o que mais me incomodou foi a questão da piscina no momento não ser coberta e não termos sido avisados sobre, conseguimos aproveitar, mas se tivesse muito vento, chuva ou frio seria mais complicado, dizem que em breve vai consertar, mas ao meu ver deveria ser informado.

Local limpo, bonito e bem agradável. Todos que nos atendenderam foram simpáticos e prestativos. Os quartos são ótimos, cama ótima, banheiro ótimo, ar condicionado funciona. O hotel fica bem localizado, ao lado tem um ótimo restaurante. Recomendo.
