Good stay overall, the only negative thing was a small blood stain on the pull out mattress for the couch. Pretty gross, they had to have seen it as there was no bedding on the mattress when we pulled it out.

We arrived late and by the time we got to the hotel, you (hotel.com) had a little problem with the hotel receiving your money that I already paid for the room. VERY INCONVENIENT for me and my family members. We don’t get into our room until 11:45pm and I arrived at 11:07pm. Was extremely tired after a 3 hour trip.

Excellent stay!
Very nice, spacious room with a side room containing a large sofa, an area for coffee making and a large desk for business work. Bathroom very large, nice shower and sink area. Thermostat on the wall for air or heat adjustments although it seemed to be programmed at certain daytime and nighttime settings. Maybe it could have been adjusted manually? We never found out. Nice eating area and good breakfast. All at a very reasonable price! Great stay!

I noticed a fair amount of dust on the shelves, but I was willing to overlook it. But there was MOLD IN THE BATHROOM! A lot of mold in several places. It looked like the room had been completely neglected for awhile and not cleaned properly the last time it was cleaned. The floor was dirty. I won’t be back here again.
