We had a great stay at Riad Jonan. It was very good value despite being a 3* hotel.
The hot/cold ample breakfast was served at your table (not buffet/eat as much as you like). It included orange juice, tea/coffee, bread/cakes and a choice of hot and cold main dishes including eggs, cereal, and fruit with yogurt.
We managed to get a free updgrade to a superior room which was more spacious than a standard room and included a mini bar/fridge but no TV. A deluxe room is also available which is more spacious and includes a TV.
The hotel can arrange airport transfers at an extra cost if required, or you can just pick up a taxi from the airport.
The riad was clean and very tastefully decorated in the morrocon style of ceramics. The service from the staff (Hassan, Abdul & Yasin) was superb, who are very helpful in giving advice, planning your days and booking visits for some of the attractions.
The private Hammam booked through the hotel was very local and superb but quite expensive. We booked an expensive one-night trip to the Atlas Mountains, Sahara Dessert which included a camel ride, dinner and simple basic breakfast with a stay in a tent. The trip was quite tiresome and most of the time was spent travelling to and from the edge of the Sahara dessert. I would suggest a day trip to the Atlas Mountains only.
