Making sure there's a plug for the kitchen sink would help! Otherwise, it was a nice stay for the price range, would stay again

Clean room, lady on reception wasn't very friendly and the state of reception was quite disgusting. My room was amazing though

No complaints. Staff are lovely, attentive, informative & helpful. Place was clean. Love the basics that are provided with the spot. Free wifi and parking. To my surprise there was an iron & dryer provided too. Bed comes with electric blanket but our one wasn’t working although we didn’t care. There’s a microwave, pots, stove, mini fridge. Love that there’s a heat pump in the room. Good middle spot between Lowerhutt and Petone. Definitely a good spot, if you have no where to go, are travelling etc. I would say it’s good for the price.

Ther first room had an overwhelming bleach smell and the shower door was not clean, I could not sleep there! I asked for another room, it wa so little better, the bed was comfortable but I checked out early to book elsewhere.

The room was clean and cool. My only issue was the front desk was unmanned (due to a holiday) and in order to check in, I had to call to get a key code. This was not obvious as the signage was "We've stepped away for a bit, but we'll be back shortly". Another guest came over to tell us to call. Otherwise the stay was nice.

The room was quite cold and a little damp. Blinds were all down so no natural light. One heat pump in lounge so bedroom was cold. Only one blanket on bed with no extras in the cupboard. No Wifi for the kids. No remote for the TV (limited sky TV access - one channel). Cockroach on the wall had to be killed and disposed of. No frying pan when cooking breakfast and no scrubbing brush to clean dishes or dish rack to stack them. Pretty average to poor compared to other places.

Booked a 2 bedroom apartment. Everything was fine at first until the little critters came out. To find we had rubbish bins behind our bedroom. At least 4 bins. Gross. Went to see if we could change rooms in the morning but got put into a studio for 3 people with one bed. Went to see if we could change agaun but all I got was *this will be the third room* and honestly Saba caur who was duty manager but couldn't supply me with any business card or form of proof as I asked for her name was just down right rude. Wouldn't even come to the front desk, was talking (debuting from the room behind reception) like do better. Honestly. People walking around asking for butts while im trying to enjoy the sun while it was out. Very disappointing. Happy to provide videos and photos.
