The view was not great of the lake, I would choose the city view next time! But it was a wonderful stay, very clean, although I walked around bare footed and had dirt on my feet. The vinyl flooring did have some sandy dirt on it, but it is a beach town! It was exceptionally clean and maintained though apart from that, and no big issues!! So important. I would stay again 100% worth it!

Overall this is a really great hotel! We stayed in a beautiful and wonderful room with a great view of the lake. The front desk staff was very helpful and nice. My only complaints are that the pool was out of order, a few of the machines in the gym were out of order, and the breakfast was a bit boof, with a limited selection. I expected more from the amenities due to how much we paid to stay here. Just some food for thought! Truly a great hotel, just would love some improvement in the aforementioned areas! Also, I have to know why there were birds in a cage at the front desk. Who do these birds belong to?

My kids were excited about the pool, but it was closed. I ask the front desk and he said that it says online that the pool is closed. It says that the pool is closed through May 31 online or I would not have booked this hotel. It looked like there has been some updates in some parts, but some of the hotel is dated. The balcony is very small. It was NOT clean. It’s a great location for walking to shops, restaurants and the water.
