Staff was nice and helpful for the most part. The room was horrible. The bed was extremely uncomfortable and felt like sleeping on the metal rods underneath. There was no wash cloths for the shower to be able to wash off. There was stains and what looked like squished dead bugs on the walls. There was a spider, alive, that had a web house in the bathroom. It looked to have been there for a long time. I paid for two nights but left after the first night with no refund. I would have left that first night if I hadn’t needed help to be able to get my stuff back downstairs. Definitely will never go here again or recommend to anyone.

The property did not state that there was a size limit on dogs. We were unable to stay at the property because of it! Very uncool! Had the find last minute hotel that actually accommodated our pets!! You should not advertise as pet friendly if you can’t accommodate ALL pets!

The stay was interrupted by another patron trying to access the room with a key. When it initially occurred, we figured it was a mistake. However, when we were interrupted, again, by the manager clarifying we were still in the room it became alarming. We became annoyed when we exited the room, later that evening to go get allergy medication for me due to me having an allergic reaction and our key would not work. We had to contact after hours help to have the key to our room rekeyed. It was not a good experience.
