A really cute little motor lodge. Everything we needed for a two night stay. Access to gym a half mile up the road included in your stay. The town is really nice.

Awesome little place! Tons of cute little kitties to pet and play with in the parking lot. Rooms are recently renovated and super clean. Really impressed with this stay. If you ever in the middle of Iowa, check this place out.

Very quaint place that brings back memories of staying a roadside motels when I was a kid with my parents. Staff is very accomodating, we had to check in after standard hours. Staff had the room cooled down and ready for us. Very happy with stay and will stay again.

As a professional DJ with a non-traditional schedule, I truly appreciated the hotel's flexibility regarding my late check-in needs. Our stop in Osceola was planned as just a place to stop on the way to Kansas City. It turned out to be a very enjoyable part of the journey. The Evergreen was very clean and very quiet. Office lady was a joy to talk with and very helpful. The Evergreen is walking distance to the downtown and Mayberry's coffee shop. Also a short drive to La Corona authentic Mexican restaurant. Osceola is an interesting little town and a nice place to spend the night.

Very old and fishing cabin feel room. It had a strange odor the entire time which we finally identified as cats. They were running loose all over the property. I have a small, well-behaved dog that had trouble relaxing due to the cats. Speaking of dogs, i was charged a $30 fee to allow my dog to stay. I think that is excessive and should be noted somewhere as I definitely would not have stayed had I seen this prior to reserving the room. The bed is I believe a full size air mattress not suited for two persons, the shower is barely big enough for me to have fit through the doorway, maybe 24" wide and was so dark you cant see to shower. The shower head is mounted on a section of flexible gas line pipe. Lastly, the table top was sticky and it felt like it had a residue of some sort on it. The only positive is that it had a coffee pot to make a cup in morning. If you are trying to be frugal, this isnt the place. Cost me over 85 bucks when all fees were added in!
