Unacceptable motel even for the lowest price offered.
I booked here for two days on Expedia.ca. I was looking for a family friendly place near the beach. I was taken by the photos that look great, but wait till you be there.
When I arrived the lady there refused to show me the room before paying the full price that I did. She gave the key (12) and went with my 4 kids. Once we were inside, the kids were unhappy for the smell. I tried to move the curtains to let some light in there and to air the room, but the window was surrounded with a thin film (To reduce cold I guess) and behind the film was a lot of insects. Not only that, behind the window’s glasses there were many plastic things and trash. In brief, it was impossible to change the air inside the room. When I discussed the issue with the staff, she offered me two other rooms that were on Mosley street, but for 100$ plus. I asked here to match the price but she refused. I booked elsewhere for cheaper price and much much better rooms and location (two minutes walk from the beach). The owner refused to make me a full despite all!
I’m so angry for this and extremely disappointed because of this situation my Kids lost a half day on the beach.
I expect a full refund or I’ll take this further.!
