Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à l’Hôtel Berghof à Zermatt. Tout était parfait : l’accueil chaleureux, la qualité du service, le confort de la chambre, la propreté et l’emplacement idéal. Le personnel est très attentionné et a contribué à rendre notre séjour encore plus agréable. Nous recommandons cet hôtel sans hésitation et nous y reviendrons avec grand plaisir lors de notre prochain séjour à Zermatt. Merci à toute l’équipe !

Les suites avec vue sur le Cervin étaient super. Confort du lit, équipement général de la suite, salle d'eau très correcte. Un beau balcon avec vue sur le Cervin. Petit déjeuner à la hauteur avec une petite remarque pour le service : la demoiselle avait vraiment un problème de communication : un petit bonjour aurait été bien ....Le spa était parfait avec deux remarquables piscines et saunas supers. Une seule petite remarque faite à la réception, l'absence d'un petit frigo pour conserver les boissons fraîches pendant le nuit. La situation était parfaite car l'hôtel disposait d'un "taxi" pour le déplacement à la gare. Nous sommes de bons marcheurs donc pas de problème ! Avantage aussi , la proximité avec la station de téléphérique du "petit" Cervin !

We absolutely loved this stay, from the dining area to the bar and outdoor terrace it had a lovely cosy feeling and then to our room we chose one of the suites, lovely room cosy with what must have been one of the best views of the Matterhorn, would definitely come back.

This hotel is AMAZING. Our room was large with a balcony that looked right out to the Matterhorn. The woodwork in the room as intricate. And did I mention there are 2 pools and 3 sauna rooms? The included breakfast was wonderful and the staff could not have been more helpful. Just know that if you're going to walk - it's a bit of a hike all the way across town. They do have an electric van that can come get you if you call. If I go back to Zermatt (and I do hope to someday) - I would absolutely stay here again!

I loved the decor of the hotel, staff were very friendly and accommodating. The swimming pool was lovely after a day in the snow. The other bonus was the hotel was right next to a ski lift.

Excellent small hotel with beautiful pool areas (including one for adults only, very nice). A bit far out of town but certainly walkable, and the big upside to being out of the fray is being nestled in a quiet area. Views of the Matterhorn are amazing; staff is wonderful. Would stay there again!
