I had a lot of problems with my key card and ended up circling the large building several times carrying all my stuff as a result. I never did get a key card that would open the security door, so I had to rely on other guests to let me in the building. As a result, I was trapped inside overnight because I was afraid if I went to my car, I would be locked out again and no one would let me in. Nicole was less than helpful, and borderline verbally aggressive--a pretty classic example of a mentally ill service level employee who just can't quite hold it together by the final couple hours of their shift. I was afraid to approach her with any more of my key problems. I asked for the GM to follow up in the morning. He did, and he was nice enough, offered to bring me a new key card and a free breakfast. By that time, it was 930 and I had improvised an outfit from my gym bag since I didn't have my suitcase and I had also eaten something I brought with me, so I was getting ready to check out and none of that was necessary. Rating this place very low mainly because of Nicole's nasty attitude. It really left a bad taste.
