Nice spacious rooms , location is very isolated so recommend to include breakfast and dinner at the hotel. Only the bathroom is a little small and old in design other than that just a nice perfect place for a family

the resort was far from the picture and description. much to crowded, pool extreemly small. way to many people - had to wait 1 hour every morning just to get breakfast. not a relaxing hotel we had to leave hotel 2 days earlier as we gave up to stay there.

Didn’t like the way that a woman employee had a privilege to enter at the man’s spa. Though, it could be a job for the sanitation, it was literally uncomfortable and not nice. However everything aside from that was really good.

もうオールインクルーシブを謳ってるグランドメルキュールの方針なのかもしれませんが、説明が雑です。他より安価で泊まれるので目を瞑れるレベルと言えばそうですがサービス業として当たり前の事をやってくれないので慣れてない方は違和感あると思います。布団敷きだったり、子供用アメニティへの配慮とかですね。部屋には子供用が置いてませんでしたし、子供が泊まると予約段階で分かって居るのだから用意しておいてくれるのは普通では？とは思いました。食事は種類も豊富にあり、美味しかったです。ただ、ひとつの時間に人が押し寄せるとまず席にまともに座れなかったり取りたい料理が中々取れないなどありました。スムーズさは改善する努力をされた方がいいです。
