We chose this hotel because of it's location, so close to the Therme Erding Spa. Upon arriving we almost regretted our decision as it looked like we'd been dumped in the middle of an Industrial Estate. HOWEVER read on, as the spa was a very pleasant 15 walk from the accommodation, a similar walk to the nearest train station

Clean but remote and very stuffy.

Hotel was clean. No soap in the bathrooms. Very difficult to get there using public transport. Reception closes at 3pm, but you can check in digitally at the entrance and get your room keys. No AC. Lots of bugs if you keep the windows open. Feels like being in the storage container. Breakfast is good but starts at 8am so if you are leaving early you will miss it. Overall, OK for a stay before a flight.
