The only positive thing to say about this hotel/motel, the lady I checked in was nice and helpful, the person I checked out with, he was friendly and helpful also….the bad, before I decided to book at this hotel review seems it was ok…. I had no idea hotel/motels still had smoking room, they only had 2 smoking rooms left, not happy, cigarettes ashes in the bathroom sink, no shampoo or conditioner, room was in poor condition, remote didn’t work with the tv, loud motor running 24/7, I don’t need a fancy room, but this room was not worth what I paid for, to top it off I was above the bar/lounge, smokers outside my window, loud….the room smelt like cigarettes the entire three days that I stayed there The night desk person seemed put out that he had to let me back in, I will never stay here again, this is top 2 worst places I’ve stayed at,

no staff to acknowledge my arrival, staff that was there did turn 'till I found the doorbell and rang it then said he didn't work this desk but did call someone to get me booked in. Room: carpet looked new/freshly cleaned, bed was very good. While washroom was dated the condition for the tub was appalling by NOT being clean! Walls had splatters of God only knows what. Check out: had to ring bell, and waited again until someone come in from being outside. Slow to get service but staff efficient when finally present. No rooms on main floor and no elevator, not good for someone with a bum knee.

They have bed bugs in their rooms. It was horrible stay for 4 nights. Flush was not properly working and they have yellow lights and noisy bar which might affect your sleep at night. However, cheapest hotel in town and close to many shops which is a good things.

Budget friendly hotel, but stay only if you have to. The one good thing about this place was no pet deposit, but the bed was top small for two people, smelled horrible, lamp shade has stains on it, you could hear the bar from your room, and bright lights coming into the room.

Not bad for the price point, and the deposit is reasonable. Bed was comfortable but super noisy when shifting to get more comfortable. Room was VERY small, no microwave. Walls are super thin. Not fantastic but definitely not terrible for a last minute reservation.

It's clean except for the suspicious crusty bit on the sheet. Interesting 1950s feel. No lid on the toilet. Nothing has been updated since 1950. It was nice to have a decent breakfast. All the rooms are smoking I am a non smoker.

I liked that I was able to bring my dog with me without any hassle or extra charges. I did not like that there is no escape from the noise into the wee hours from the bar on the lower level. Given that this is an older style of hotel, its age shows. Amenities are few, furniture and features are dated. But it provided a place to sleep and eat in the morning. Overall, I'm grateful.
