Our family had a wonderful experience staying with this hotel, all the staff are very friendly, accommodating, as a first time traveling to macau the Filipino guy (sorry we forgot his name) provided everything we should know guides and tips to visit. We Were upgraded for free to a suite room and my family enjoy the spacious room. Buffet breakfast is good, we also enjoyed the indoor pool. We had a good night stay. Location is very peaceful, away from the noise of the city but you can easily travel around via public buses or taxi.

Great hotel

Receptionist Shel was very warm and welcoming! Very helpful through out our 3 night stay there. Even though the property was a bit off the way but getting a ride wasn’t hard at all. All staff members were nice and helpful when needed. Highly recommend this hotel!

Helpful staff

Very helpful staff at Reception/Concierge provided useful advise to use the hotel's free shuttle to Macau Ferry Terminal where there are also many free shuttles services to hotels which are in the city and within walking distance of St Paul's Ruins and also to the other landmark hotels. Saved us a lot of taxi fares.
