Lovely quaint historic hotel with an old Florida charm. I stay here regularly for work travels and it is always a highlight of the trip. The staff are friendly and accommodating. Overall, we really enjoyed our one night at this Inn. Check-in was very personable, the Evinrude suite is beautiful and cozy and we loved the pool area. The location is awesome for anyone wanting to be downtown near restaurants, shopping and walking the boardwalk. My only disappointment was the lack of cleanliness of the outside furniture. I'd highly recommend someone get a Green machine and clean the outdoor cushions weekly if not biweekly (pretty easy to do). The hard surface outside furnishings needed a good wipe down also. With that said, the interior rooms were very clean!

Our cottage was very clean and comfortable. Construction on the street made the area noisy during the day, but that was not a problem for us. Check in was easy and contactless, so we didn't interact with staff, other than by phone. It was nice to be within walking distance of so many restaurants and shops, and close to the riverwalk.

We had a great stay at the Old Colorado Inn. We stayed in the main building which is a historic building that is very well maintained with a number of rooms. There are also very nice cottages you can reserve that looked very nice. The location is great since you are right in the middle of a very nice quaint small town where you can walk to many restaurants, breakfast cafes, coffee shops, clothing and many other shops as well as a very nice boardwalk along the Indian River. The town is also centrally located so it is easy to explore other towns and parks. I was very impressed with how the owner of the hotel maintains the buildings to make sure they are kept up and very clean and he was very attentive to whatever we needed. He really wanted to make sure we had a nice stay which was very nice. He was very welcoming. I do not often take the time to write reviews, but we had a very nice stay, so I wanted to make sure I wrote something up.
