Perfecto por donde se lo mire!!!

El Hotel es Excelente, la atención es aún mejor, te hacen sentir como en tu casa y a la vez te prestan un servicio 5 estrellas de la más alta calidad. En el restaurante la comida de realmente Gourmet y las pizzas (al horno de leña) son Imperdibles así como un cóctel en la barra con vista al mar. Regresaría una y mil veces sin dudarlo. Gracias por la excelente estadía y las atenciones!!!!!

Habitación con mal olor, al abrir la ventana, venía el olor del horno del restaurante y dejaba la ropa pasada a humo. No logramos que se sequen ropas de baño, wetsuits para los tours. El lavamanos tenía problemas y uno lo dejaron sin arreglar. Pedimos desayunos para llevar el día anterior y no estuvieron listos a la hora solicitada - lo que nos generó casi perder el tour. Indica que el desayuno inicia 6:30am. Bajamos a esa hora y tampoco estaba listo. El desayuno también es poco variado y el jugo hay que pedirlo, no te lo puedes servir. Hoteles.como debe actualizar que el check in es a las 13:00 horas y check out a las 10:00 horas.

We only stayed one night, as we were making our way back to Quito. The hotel is lovely and the staff is even better! I can’t believe how much work they do…from taking care of your luggage to taking your order at dinner We also decided to have dinner there and it ws the best sunset venue’.

We had a great and enjoyable stay at Golden Bay Galapagos. The room was meticulously cleaned with very comfortable bed. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Location is excellent as you can walk to everything, restaurants, beaches and entertainment. They have the best cocktails in Galapagos. Look for those freshly made pizzas in the evening. Thank you to an amazing staff We will absolutely return to Golden Bay Galapagos.

Our stay at the hotel was excellent. V clean nice view and amenities v good. Rafael was very accommodating and very considerate. Staff v attentive and helpful providing lots of useful information about the island and best coffee in town.

The hotel's location is incredibly convenient, and the staff is exceptionally welcoming and professional. A special thank you to Marcelo, Carmen, and Carolina, who went above and beyond to provide outstanding service. When we weren't fully satisfied with our initial bed arrangement, they quickly and seamlessly moved us to another room. The restaurant offers a beautiful view, complemented by the delightful "music" of the sea lions right next to it, and the food was delicious. The property is also beautifully landscaped with lush, fragrant plants. Everything about this hotel is excellent. Thank you, Golden Bay!

The room was beautiful with a perfect view. The hotel and the entire staff are magnificent, helpful, and and very friendly. We were absolutely happy with the hotel. However, the restaurant was OK, but not really great food.

Nice hotel that has had a make-over in the past few years. Staff very helpful and accommodations in the rooms very nice. The hallways and areas between main lobby and rooms could use some improvement, given the price, the overall feel of the place is not super luxury. The food in the restaurant was superb. We had the complementary breakfast (which was extraordinary) plus two dinners and a lunch which were all exceptional. The restaurant staff seemed like they were nearly all new to the job and were a bit inexperienced, compared to the very high quality and presentation of the food. Overall, a pleasant place, at a price....

twice the price

the hotel was nice enough though it needs a little touch up as it is a tiny bit tired. the bed was lovely and the breakfast was nice. the view from our room was shabby and uncared for not at all what i expected especially when paying 220 dollars a night. you can get a hotel for half the price which is twice as nice 300 metres down the road. which we did.

Zimmer hatte eine grausige Ausicht auf eine Bauruine. Im weiss gefliesten Badezimmer klebten schwarze lange Haare auf dem Boden. Frühstück ist sehr übersichtlich. Viele Einrichtungen (Jacuzzi, Sundeck) waren nicht in Betrieb. Personal größten Teils überfordert. Value for Money stimmt nicht. Könnte mit etwas Hotel-Know-how eine Perle werden.

Great location but needs some improvements

Solid hotel but needs some improvements (has been open for less then a year. CONS - Black out blinds do nothing. Room fills with light so bring a sleep mask. Also bring ear plugs for nearby roosters. -AC is super loud -TV all Spanish channels. Need some English channels -Wifi is poor in the rooms. Much stronger in the lobby. -Need more power outlets especially near bed -Dinner is slow. Pizza took 30-45 min -Breakfast should be buffet. Not limited options PROS -Awesome location. Beach with sea lions in front. Next to malecon -Friendly staff (especially Manolo who is awesome!) -Big clean rooms -Shower and sink good pressure and hot water.
