Depends on which room you get.
This place is a bit of a gamble, since it's comprised of three buildings that share a common courtyard. I think I got stuffed into the 'last room available', which was on the ground floor wedged into the back corner of the courtyard. It has a decent amount of space, but was pretty dark and gloomy, with a tile floor in the 'living room' (if you can call it that), and a really gross carpet in the bedroom.
Other apartments seemed to have nicer views, more sunlight, and better layouts (from what I saw in the pictures). I don't think my room appears in the online listing at all.
Oh, and forget about privacy: the window shades are basically transparent.
On the good side, the staff was friendly, the heaters worked well, the Internet was good, and the location is pretty convenient.
