This hotel is good but could be great

The front desk team is excellent. The? Service and cleanliness of the restaurant , however, leaves a lot to be desired. The tables and table cards were sticky with crumbs. The staff does not offer drinks or refills. I ate at the restaurant twice and once there was nobody to seat me.Although there seems to be quite a bit of stuff.They spend a lot of time talkink instead of serving the guests.

First experience of Istanbul and we wanted to be in the city but also out of the husstle bustle, as we had young children. The hotel was fantastic, with great facilities and super helpful staff. We we there during the earthquake which was an experience initself. The panic was real, and during the evacuation the hotel staff went all out in making us as comfortable as possible regardless of their own situation - truly selfless care for their customers. Rim and Resul in particular were superb, and Gurkan, Buse and Sezer were also great. Even the kitchen staff were constantly watching out for us and out girls. Can't thank them enough.

Great Hotel

I stayed in this hotel during a business trip for four days. The staff are extremely helpful, the hotel is very clean, with very good breakfast. Also it is very easy to get a taxi. The staff are excellent- special mention to Buse at reception, Eren at concierge and Ersen Bey at the bar. I was very pleased with my stay and will definetly be back. Thnak you!

The Hotel was fine, except for cleaning, unfortunately the room was not cleaned well, window frames and tracks were so dirty, under the bed, tables and mirrors :( The bathroom door was broken, it did not close, also, the door top track was dirty. I enjoyed the pool, sauna, and steam room. Hotel staff were super nice.

Had high expectations thinking Radisson hotels would excel but not the case. Hotel elevators were constantly out of service with 1 of 3 elevators working for the week that I stayed. Had a problem with the shower head where it fell off when taking a shower. The bathroom lock was broken and I was locked inside for 20 mins before staff came to help. Wanted to complaint but staff speaks minimal English. Rooms were dark with minimal lighting. Hotel is situated 15-20mins walk from metro station and 10mins from few restaurants and cafes. Has a nice pool area.
