Paid for the trip through Expedia in september 2024 (6 months ahead). Arrived at the hotel at 6AM to checkin after having 10hrs travel with no sleep with some stop overs.
I was told by the helpdesk they cannot honor my booking because last years price is not this years price and they review their prices yearly.
I asked the reason why they didnt advise that earlier. They had 7months to cancel the booking but they didnt. They said I need to make a new booking for the 7days and they will give me a discount.
I spoke to expedia and it took an 1hr 30minutes to resolved this and I didnt later pay a penny. All staffs asks for money. Toilets were moudly and staffs on the helpdesk call woulldnt help to fix safelock when I had valualble items in it and I called x9 because it got a battery low and wouldnt work.
