We received information on our room before we arrived. we had the room no, and the cobination on the door to enter. After many reservation, I never had this much information on our room before arriveing. There is no check in needed. A rexr was sent out notifying us our room was changed which we did not receive. Once there , we used the pass code we received to enter the room worked. once we got comfortab[e, laying on the bed, the door opened unexpectedly. The room was rented to another couple who also had a different pass code. Both us and the people who entered were very surprised. The manager called to apologize because our door had both pass code entered by accident. Hopefully manager will call the customers directly to explain the changes which was not listed on Hotel.com.
