Realizei a reserva de um quarto com cama de casal, quando cheguei no quarto eram duas camas de solteiro. Ao entrar em contato com a recepção fomos informados que o hotel estava lotado, ok. Na hora de tomar banho o chuveiro queimou. Entrei em contato três vezes no mesmo dia e não foi realizada a troca da resistência. Como precisava utilizar ferro de passar que havia levado de casa, entrei em contato com a recepção perguntando a voltagem da rede elétrica. A recepção não sabia. Procurei o responsável pela manutenção, que também não sabia falar ao certo qual tomada era 110v ou 220v. No momento do checkout solicitei o livro de reclamações e recebi um caderno de anotações utilizados para várias outras coisas mas não era o livro de reclamações que a legislação prevê que seja disponibilizado. Resumo, a hospedagem foi frustrante.

A limpeza do local deixa a desejar. No terraço à noite avistei baratas, próximo à área em que é servido o café da manhã. Não pudemos aproveitar a piscina, pois a água estava turva. O banheiro passa a sensação de sujo. As cobertas disponibilizadas tinham cheiro de guardado. O travesseiro é muito baixo, aconselho a levar travesseiro. O café da manhã é ok, mas não é como nas fotos. Ar condicionado muito barulhento e o elevador não passa segurança, faz muitos barulhos estranhos. A porta do quarto também é muito frágil e estava empenada. De forma geral, é uma construção antiga que pode passar por melhorias de estrutura, mas pelo preço, julgamos ok. Não tem um entorno barulhento e o atendimento foi cordial.

Não ofereceram o quarto ao qual foi pago, ar condicionado sem gelar, travesseiros velhos e muito duros, não consegui dormir! O café da manhã precário, com poucas opções, não é o que aparece nas redes sociais. O banheiro não possuía suporte para colocar os produtos. As Cobertas também achei horríveis!

O atendimento é espetacular, porém algumas coisas deixaram a desejar, principalmente na cobertura onde fica a piscina, faltaram cadeiras, espreguiçadeiras, guarda sol, para o ambiente poder ser melhor aproveitado, o café e maravilhoso, só poderiam inovar no cardápio com um pouco mais de variedades.
