Très déçus car on nous a facturé le petit déjeuner pour 2 avant que nous arrivions à l’hôtel alors que nous ne les avions jamais réservé et pas pris, nous avons même envoyé un sms pour le confirmer lorsqu’une personne de l’établissement nous l’a demandé. Depuis, nous nous bagarrons avec les 2 personnes présentes sur l’hôtel pour obtenir le remboursement des 2 petits déjeuners. Le gérant serait en congés et personne ne sait quand il revient, ça serait le seul à pouvoir agir … De ce fait nous comptons sur votre plateforme pour régler ce problème et obtenir le remboursement, nous passons trop de temps à essayer de résoudre ce problème. Merci d’avance pour votre retour

Hôtel bien tenu, très propre, aux nuits calmes et à la bonne literie. Ne pas omettre de téléphoner avant 21H en cas de retard afin de recevoir sur son mobile les N° et code de la chambre. A défaut la chambre est remise disponible. Hôtels.com ne donne pas notre portable à l'hôtel d'où cette nécessité de prévenir avant la fermeture de l'accueil. Problème stressant très vite et agréablement résolu. Encore merci.

Avec la facture de l'hôtel vous y obtiendrez 10% sur votre repas du soir uniquement. Personnel aimable, chambre et hôtel très propre, literie confortable et pas de nuisance sonore constatée jusqu'à présent.Je recommande cet hôtel.
