Good, quiet location on the edge of town (away from the Plaza, noise and crowds). Very helpful staff. Massage available on site. Good breakfast. Efficient Laundry service. Secure parking but only for three (small) cars. We stayed in one of the corner suites, large with windows on two sides with nice views of the countryside. Well worth the extra cost.

Pros: - fabulous ambiance, there is a very positive vibes with this hotel (and town), cute colors and decorations. - Breakfast: served on balcony overlooking beautiful mountains, - Staff: very friendly and helpful - location: very good, walkable to central areas, on path to coffee farms - room: clean - View: window overlooking the mountains. Cons: - Room: cold at night, and no heating system. They ran out of blankets, too. - Bed: was uncomfortable, too soft and worn out. Overall a great stay, I recommend.

The place is great for 1-2 nights. Everything was perfect except they charge your credit card ahead of time and they may charge the VAT tax to you, which is NOT applicable to foreigners. Always check your final bill and folio! Other than that, I highly recommend staying here. It’s quiet.

Good place to stay

Check-in took a long time for some reason. They put us in a family room the first night, then had us move to a couple's room the next two nights. The family room shower water temperature would not get comfortable - it was either scalding hot or freezing cold. We didn't have that issue in the couple's room, however. Breakfast was pretty good. The rooms could be loud as you have to have the windows open for airflow. There is a small gym and a table to relax downstairs. There is also an attached spa that offers massages and other services. This wasn't right in the middle of town like many other hotels, but we were happy with it and didn't feel like it was a problem to walk anywhere in town.

The hotel knew the person that book the hotel is a foreigner so does another person in the party who showed proper ID to prove it however they charged for a IVA which is a local tax just because I didn’t have the passport which is from another country than Colombia. The breakfast is not that great what they called omelets are not even like it. They are an egg tortilla with a slice of ham and cheese. The hotel is more like hostel. It is very simple with a small bathroom and a broken TV that fail a lot. I won’t recommend this hotel.

La atención de todo el personal del hotel fue maravillosa, sobretodo de la joven Elizabeth. El desayuno muy bueno, las frutas frescas y deliciosas. Vale la pena que paguen el servicio de masajes ya que estuvo muy bueno y relajante. Las áreas verdes muy lindas. Las habitaciones son pequeñas pero tienen lo necesario y las camas son cómodas. Oportunidad de mejora por favor no utilizar desinfectantes ni aromatizadores con olores fuertes en las habitaciones ya que para personas alérgicas es incómodo, adicional recomiendo colocar tablillas en los baños ya que al ser pequeños no hay espacio para colocar los artículos de aseo personal. Para las personas que llevan vehículo, si está lloviendo no hay techo para bajar las maletas.

I thought I was being bitten by mosquitoes. But, the bites were so itchy, swollen, red and had a blood stained prick in the center. There were 21 bites in a line along both arms. So, I researched it and it turns out they were bed bugs! My husband was not bitten. This is typical. The bed bugs choose the person with a higher temperature and leave the other alone. It was very ill comfortable. I had to take antihistamines and slaver aloe vera on my arms. I was embarrassed to have so many bites showing.
