The room was nice - beds comfortable, quiet setting and close to a lot of things in Door County.

Nice place to stay, good location. Pros: large room, comfortable bed and pillows, quiet, clean, friendly helpful staff, great restaurant/bar on site for dinner. Cons: AC unit noisy, dim lighting in the room, shower head should be replaced with something better. Overall a pleasant stay at a fair price.

It was a clean room, it's an older place, but better than a motel 6, it was in a quiet residential area. My only complaint was our room was below the kitchen and one night they left the kitchen fan on and he had a hard time sleeping because the fan was so loud, but the next night they remembered to turn it off and it was a peaceful night.

Room was clean. Bed was firm. It was quiet and cozy. Would be nice if bar/restaurant stayed open passed 8pm.

Everything was fine. A basic hotel experience; nothing special. I would consider a different place next time in Sturgeon Bay. The staff was very friendly and accommodating though.

The hotel is an awesome experience on its own! Close to the beaches on the lake, it's own supper club restaurant on site and very friendly, spacious and super clean rooms!! This was our second time here and plan on booking future stays!!

The room was not vacuumed or dusted! Carpet was very dirty and no one offered us help with anything! Restaurant was closed on a Saturday but nobody was in there! There was no staff around at all! Would never go back!

Room was amazing. Definitely would stay here again. Loved the bar tender. Made an awesome old-fashioned. Also made us feel very welcome. Location was off the beaten path yet still very close to all the activities going on in the area.

This is a small Inn, but very cute and cozy. It is a little rustic, but still very comfortable. The restaurant downstairs had an excellent Friday night fish fry!

Simple decor in the room. Clean and everything you need. Comfortable beds. Quiet. We enjoyed the antiques in the hall and the cozy reception area. Fish fry on Friday night is a Wisconsin tradition. Get the Lake Perch! Yum.

This is our second time staying at the White Birch Inn. The building is older but everything was to our satisfaction. There is a bar and restaurant on the premises that we really enjoyed. Great food and the staff was excellent. We'll be back.

Very laid back. It's an older hotel however very nicely kept! We didn't see staff on site for hotel however, everything was ready foe us with clear directions. This is our second time staying and we would highly recommend it to anyone who is in the door county area!

Jetted tub was broken, dirty and not communicated prior to our stay. Shower leaked nonstop leaving for a maddening background noise to fall asleep to. Property is in disrepair outside- booking photos must be very old. Bed was very uncomfortable and room overall was not overly clean. Cobwebs on the walls and carpets did not appear to have been vacuumed well. Wasn’t impressed for the money at all.

They were accommodating with my late check in, and I was greeted with a clean, quiet room. It's nice that they have a coffee and juice machine in the lobby, and a bar/restaurant downstairs. The inn is a short drive away from downtown Sturgeon Bay and some excellent breakfast spots. I will be staying here again on my next visit!

An ok place to just sleep after a travel day. Room air conditioner was loud and light was on to clean filter. But it worked. Older property with no bath area updates. Would say more of a motel than Inn.
