My wife got sick the first night of our stay in the hotel. I asked a doctor to the front desk person. He told me that the hotel did not have that service, and even worse, he did not have the name and telephone of a doctor. However, he suggested that I take her to a hospital. He gave me name and address but did not mention that there is a special and private section of the Huashan Hospital for international patients. The public section for local people was crowded, with no English-spoken people, and slow attention would not be appropriate. It was necessary to hospitalize her in the international unit. The medical and hospital attention was very convenient. A HILTON hotel must always have convenient medical information to support guests in critical hours like this.
