This bed and breakfast is like staying with some good friends in their home. The room was beautiful with a gorgeous view of the fantastic back yard and the hostesses could not have been any more hospitable. The breakfasts were amazing and it was just the nicest place to stay. I highly recommend it if you are in the Charlottesville area.

Lisa is a new innkeeper but she certainly has prepared to be exceptional from the get-go. My husband does not eat eggs; she took the time to prepare a special baked oatmeal for him while the rest of us guests had frittata. Every client was treated as if they were the only people in the inn on a rainy home UVA football game weekend and a full house! She and her mom made time to talk while keeping plates moving and making sure that nothing was out of place. We highly recommend this lovely small inn if you are looking for an exceptional place to stay in Charlottesville!

Everything was absolutely perfect. The owner takes alot of pride in her property. I wish I would have found it much earlier in my excursions to Charlottesville. I hope to return back sometime soon.

Congratulations to Lisa, the new owner of this BEAUTIFUL bed and breakfast. She greeted us and gave us a tour of the lovely property. We stayed in the rose room and loved the Jacuzzi tub. Bed was comfortable and the towels were so soft. Upon arrival, I was concerned with hearing noise from the other rooms because it is a house like structure, but we didn’t hear anything from the other guests. Lisa was kind and attentive, even making us a to go breakfast because we had to leave early for UVA graduation. Thank you again, for a cozy place to stay on our last visit to C-ville!
