From the moment we arrived at Hula Hula, the staff were exceptional. Checking in/out was smooth, rooms well cleaned and stocked, pool always clean, and the staff always attentive, polite and friendly. The breakfast buffet had a varied selection and the pool food was great. The location of the hotel is always great, close by to great restaurants and amenities and easy to get Grabs or transport to and from the hotel. I would highly recommend this hotel!

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The entrance to the hotel and pool area is nice. The room was dated with various elements broken / not working. The room had been serviced for arrival but it wasn’t clean and had to request for it to be cleaned. We stayed in the private pool villa.,

The place is stunning sitting on a secluded beach with nice beach bungalows, coral reefs and so on but something is wrong with their food. We came two families (8 people in total) and 6 of us got very sick within the 4 first days of our visit. We only had food from the hotel since you cant go anywhere else unless you go by boat.

Pool hotel 1 mile from Ao Nang. Very friendly staff. 1. Location is at a 800m narrow road with fast driving card 2. Breakfest looks good, but did not match it’s looks. Served freezing cold spring rolls for dinner, and morning eggs (for omelets) was not good. 3. Room service came at 5:15 PM, very inconvenient timing. 4. Additional deposit required if you want 2 room key cards. Come on! 5. If you require luggage storage before or after check-in, they keep your luggage in a room that is not locked.

Staff was super welcoming and attentive. Rooms could use a little updating but you cannot beat the price and the location of this hotel. A quick 2 min Grab ride or 15 min walk will get you right in the heart of Ao Nang Beach/ shopping and endless restaurants. Breakfast in the morning was fantastic and worth every penny!

Absolutely loved Hula Hula! It was everything we imagined it to be and looked exactly like the photos online. The staff were amazing and went above and beyond to take care of us! Gorgeous pool area and breakfast buffet was delicious!!! Only negative was that there were a lot of rude other guests, but of course that is nothing to do with Hula Hula. Can’t wait to come back!

Good stay in Ao Nang

Nice that they provide free water and you can refill your water bottle. Good breakfast spread with nice selection of fruits. Comfortable bed and clean room. Good location (not long to walk to Ao Nang beach). There is free shuttle to some points of interest. Not happy they took away our towels without replacement. We had to ask a few times to provide us room towels. Overall a nice hotel in a good location.

We arrived and were checked into a room covered in mold. We were able to change to another room but did see that another couple was checked into the same filthy room. The hallway leading up to it was moldy with peeling paint. There were rollaway beds lining the hallway as well. Breakfast was ok but there were flies and bees swarming the juice. There was lipstick on three coffee cups in a row. This properly was at one time very nice but it is limping along now. The pool was great and the cleanest part of the property. The staff were amazing , helpful and very kind. Do not stay here unless you have very low expectations. Again the staff was extremely nice and helpful.
