Acomodação tranquila! Fui realizar um teste físico em JP e precisei chegar um dia antes na cidade, o hotel supriu minhas necessidades durante esses 2 dias. Ótimo atendimento.

Flat bem localizado, muito a desejar a limpeza do quarto, muito pó e areia no chao, toalhas manchadas de agua sanitaria, tem uma mini cozinha, microondas que nao funciona, descascado a parte de dentro, havia uma caixa de fogao por inducao, mas era só a caixa mesmo, liguei para a admistradora e disse que nao havia fogao. Dia 01/01/20 nao tivemos limpeza no quarto, e dia 02/01/20 veio um rapaz limpar o quarto eram quase 17:00 depois que fiz varias reclamações para administradora do imovel. O flat so tem 35 vagas de estacionamento para cento e poucos apartamentos,tivemos que parar por 3 dias o carro na rua. Ar condicionado nao gela muito.

Locatur: atendimento deixa a desejar!

Cheguamos para o check-in exatamente às 14h30min e, para nossa surpresa, o quarto não estava pronto por que os hóspedes anteriores haviam atrasado. Diante disso, e considerando que nos precisaríamos de uma tolerância de 30min na saída, solicitei à representante da Locatur esse período. De forma até meio ríspida, ela me respondeu que não era possível. Resumindo, esse tratamento desigual e a forma de tratamento me deixou bastante chateado e, por isso, não recomendo o aluguel de flats pela Locatur. Der resto, o quarto é razoável e a localização boa.

The location is the best in town. The staff super friendly and polite. Our room was dirty with left over from other people. In our 4th someone did our bed and forgot to give us sheets so we stayed the rest of trip without any. I would stay there again but I have to bring a few items to my confort

Não me hospedei. A proprietária me procurou dias antes informando que eu seria movido para outro local por conta de um vazamento. Não me opus, porém queria um lugar definitivo. No dia da minha chegada a João Pessoa, fui informado novamente da mudança de local, uma vez que no dia anterior, a proprietária me falou que eu ficaria no Marinas. Solicitei durante o sábado e domingo cedo uma definição uma vez que minha esposa estava chegando e haveria o jogo da seleção Brasikeira, porém não obtive retorno. As 14:00, faltando 1 hora para o jogo fui informado que eu deveria deixar o local e ir para o Marinas uma vez que o apartamento onde eu havia sido colocado estaria sendo ocupado. Inclusive me solicitando permissão para que entrassem no quarto sem a minha presença e arrumasse a minha mala. Não me senti respeitado pela forma e condução do assunto e não recomendo este estabelecimento. Viajo frequentemente e utilizo sempre o serviço hotéis.com e este parceiro não condiz com o grau de responsabilidade e excelência que estou habituado. Inclusive, sugiro o seu descredenciamento da rede

Entramos a la habitacion y solo teníamos 1 toalla y en recepción no nos dieron la clave de wifi, tuvimos que bajar para pedirla. También reclame 3 VECES la toalla y nada... El aire acondicionado enfría muy mal, tuvimos mucho calor. Tampoco teníamos sabanas en las camas!. Al segundo día fueron a limpiar y no nos repusieron papel higiénico.. Son condiciones mínimas que tiene que tener un hotel, no volvería.

Ótima escolha! Localização bem central, perto de tudo ( restaurantes, padarias, farmácias ) e...frente ao mar! Não experimentei o restaurante do hotel, nem para café da manhã. Destaque para o apartamento, que era ótimo: amplo, bem amplo, claro, iluminado, com vista lateral para o mar. E que mar.... Excelente custo-benefício. Gostaria de voltar mais vezes lá.

Gostei do hotel. A localização é excelente e o hotel tem ótima estrutura. A única coisa que ficou confusa é que o quarto não era do hotel, sendo assim tivemos dificuldade em ter os serviços de quarto em dia. Ao fazer o checkin o quarto não estava totalmente preparado, estava sem toalhas e roupas de cama. Mas depois isso foi resolvido. Ponto positivo também para o atendimento, pois todos funcionários foram solícitos e atenciosos.
