The room and hotel is clean. The area around the hotel is quiet and is close to Gaiemmae station and a little more of a walk from JR Sendagaya Station so you'll be connected to all the hot spots in Tokyo. Its location in Shinjuku also provides a close proximity to the Shinjuku nightlife as well. If that's what you're into! I would 100% stay here again.
