The hotel is currently being remodeled. The room we had was very nice and clean. The staff were friendly and helpful. The pool was clean and not over chlorinated. Overall it was a good stay. We stayed 4 nights and will return the next time we are in the area.

Stayed at this hotel for the weekend. Here are my observations: 1. Damn good, strong ass coffee at 6:00 in the morning you could smell in your room on the second floor. 2. Smoking hot shower with serious water flow, not a tepid dribble. 3. Actual comfortable chairs and a table you could eat at. Some hotels have neither chairs nor table. 4. Attached office desk with office chair and office light. Some hotels have none of this. 5. Mini fridge and microwave. Some hotels have nada. 6. Wardrobe nook with hangers and shelf for formal wear and such. 7. New air conditioner worthy of Florida. 8. Credit card powered vending machines and dependable ice machine which makes crystal clear, artesian spring grade ice (it does). 9. Electronic doors that do not naturally slam with so much force that you think you are in fricking Vietnam during the fall of Saigon. 10. Friendly man in charge. If any of these things matter to you, then this is the place to be for the weekend. I'm coming back for new years. Cheers.

And you get a little hallway noices when people are in the hallways. Other than that it was exactly what i needed for the night.

First time staying here, and I was genuinely impressed. I love that it’s family-owned and operated—it immediately gives the place a warmer, more personal feel. PROS: * The front desk staff were personable, welcoming, and easy to talk to. * Being family-owned and operated really adds to the inviting atmosphere. * The owner shared that they recently purchased the hotel and are in the process of renovating. What’s already been completed feels tasteful, clean, and calming. * The room was comfortable and quiet. * Despite the location, I never heard traffic—it’s nicely tucked away from the main road. * The price was exactly what I was looking for—and even better, the final receipt came out lower than what I was quoted. CONS (minor and easily fixable): *Only one accessible room, and unfortunately, it was already occupied. * No key-card access at the front entrance after hours—only side entrances are available. * The toilets are quite low, which may be uncomfortable for taller guests. Overall: I would absolutely stay here again on my next visit to the Milton/Pace, FL area.
