Good, but caution about Executive Rooms
Very clean. Lovely staff. Great location. Delicious restaurant - we ate there for all breakfasts and many early dinners. My only complaint were the noises in my "Executive Room" (Rm 110), which, according to front desk staff, was unavoidable and due to a neighbouring business. I was told Executive Rooms on all five floors have the same problem. It was a constant low level noise like a generator or large extraction fan, plus a periodic squeaky door opening and closing. I got used to it, but it's probably best to avoid these particular rooms.
