We checked in last minute because our flight ended up leaving 8 hours earlier our scheduled time. We arrived around 6:30pm and no one was at the counter. Apparently the front desk closes at 6pm. There was a phone number to reach someone (24 hours) and after some confusion over our checkin because we booked last minute, they gave us a room. The elevator was very dingy and couldn't hold the weight of more than 2 people at a time. We got on with an extra person and decided to take the stairs because the elevator wouldn't move and kept beeping. The room was ok. We didn't want to touch the couch because it looked dirty. Our bathroom didn't have toilet paper or any bathroom amenities. The room didn't include complimentary bottles of water that we got everywhere else. The bed was a bit hard and the pillows were light. We overlooked everything because it was a cheap last minute booking to get us through the night.
