While the lift is being repaired and despite a staff member taking your bags to the room, climbing 4 flights of stairs after a full day of site seeing is hard work. As well as coming down them after your stay. Although there are many signs reminding you to keep quiet in the hallways and the rooms, many guests ignore this and the walls are paper thin (I could hear the man next door using the toilet). No Air Conditioning in room even though they advertise that they have it. Told after checking in and going to the room which was about 85 degrees that they only have central heat this time of year.
