Took us over an hour and a half to get checked in, and the front desk person was nice but clueless. He had to call the manager multiple times to get help over the phone. He had us on speaker, and she was nice to me; however, not very nice to the employee. It was awkward for all of us. Especially by this time, there were multiple people in the office trying to get checked in.
Then they couldn't get our key card to work, so they told us to knock on his door, as he lives on the property, when we got back. When we got back, they had moved us rooms and stated that was the issue and why the key card wouldn't work. Luckily, we had not put our stuff in the original room, as they had already placed someone else in it.
The room has no air conditioning, but it does come with a decent fan. But if you're staying on a hot day, expect to be hot and sweating.
The bathroom was gross. It was dirty and needed a deep clean, with no water pressure. And the faucet was hanging off in the tub, and the shower head was clamped to the wall. The faucet in the sink was too big for the basin, so if you turned the water on high, the water would pour out onto the floor, so you had to keep it at a drizzle.
The bed was small but soft. I had reserved a queen, and it seemed much smaller. The TV was too small for the room as well.
The pool was also out of order - there was no water in the pool.
