The situation is perfect. Right on the beach with great views. Breakfast was excellent and plentiful. Staff are helpful, friendly and work hard to make your stay an enjoyable experience. The bed was clean and comfortable. Amenities were good. The hotel is a little jaded in places. It didn't detract from a great stay.

Staff very friendly and helpful. Rooms clean and comfortable. Hotel centrally situated next to bus stops and train station and opposite the beach. Only drawback for us was the very limited parking.

Excellent location, free parking and an easy short walk into town or down to the beach. The hotel is relaxed and the staff are friendly and welcoming. Room was very clean and en suite was lovely. Breakfast was great, plenty of choice in the continental selection. We will definitely book again when we’re back in this area. Thank you Beach Hotel for making our visit so enjoyable.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Beach hotel - we had 2 rooms, the Lee Bay(Deluxe) and North Hill (superior) for 3 nights. Both rooms were clean and comfortable, my parents were really impressed with North Hill given its size & amazing sea view, the separate bath tub in the room was classy. Location is excellent, we went across the road to enjoy the West Somerset railway for a day, and walked the other way down The Avenue where there are plenty of shops & restaurants easily reachable. A fresh-cooked full English was lovely to start the day(one of several options, there was also an onlette which my Dad enjoyed). There's a bar & cafe with plenty of seating inside & outside. All the staff were really friendly and keen to make sure we had a good stay, which we did. Would definitely visit again!

Once again, a lovely stay at The Beach. Staff attentive and very welcoming. Breakfast cooked by the students was excellent, delicious, superb quality and presented beautifully!

Overall, a lovely room with sea view, given that it was not expensive. The room was spacious with a high ceiling and a good shower, though this wasn't thermostatically controlled. There was a good tea/coffee selection. Everything worked in the bathroom. Staff were friendly and we were lucky to get into the hotel parking. A workman had left a drill bit on the bathroom basin and the bedside lights were not plugged in. There was no wardrobe, only 4 hangers on a rail. The bed frame was creaky and the mattress needed replacement, though for a one night stay we didn't mind. There was limited control over the heating in the room, which didn't come on well even when we turned it up. The included breakfast was good though there was no choice offered over what exactly you got in your full english breakfast.
