Dimond in the rough

Beautiful atrium. Skylight and indoor coy pond. Beautiful wrought iron everywhere accompanied by real/live plants gives super enjoyment at scenery. Staff was great accommodating,friendly. I recommend this Beautiful Dimond.

We heard cursing and looked out our window and a man and woman was fighting and babies were around. That night we walked to the entrance and another person parked in front was cursing and fussing with another person. We didn't stay there except a few hours total and left. I told the person in charge that I didn't like these unsafe conditions.

The property is supposed to be resent refunding the money due to the fact it was dirty. There was stuff in the tub like hair. There was no toilet paper in there. The mirror was filthy. The bedding was dirty. They gave me new stuff to change the bedding myself, and when they tried to show me another room because I complained that room had rubber bands on the floor just to start with I didn’t even bother to look at the rest of it.

I was walking into lobby to checking in at 5:00 pm. The lobby was dark and did not have light on. I yelled out to find anyone around but nobody was there. I walked out. There was no car in the parking lot. I walked back in the lobby again and kept shout out "hello", but still nobody shown up in the lobby. I gave up and went around the town looking for an other hotel to stay. I WAT MY MONEY BACK.

It has a nice Atrium, but elevator and vending machines were out of order, the bar/restaurant wasn’t open, the hot tub/steam room was closed, and both TVs in my room didn’t work upon check-in, so I finally had to switch rooms!
