We had a great stay at Empire Lisbon Hotel. The location is excellent, just a short walk from Arroios Metro Station, making it easy to reach all parts of the city. The area is central and we especially enjoyed walking to Cais do Sodré while experiencing the authentic atmosphere of Lisbon along the way. The hotel facilities are excellent, very clean and comfortable, and the staff made us feel welcome throughout our stay. Overall, it was a perfect base for exploring Lisbon and we would happily stay here again.

We were 6 senior adults traveling together. Your staff was amazing. They went above and beyond to help us with any of our needs. The rooms were spotless. Even behind and above. The cleaning staff really give attention to every detail. We noticed how well and how efficient the breakfast room staff worked together. We can not thank Aurora and Luis enough for all their help and guidance in getting taxis, tours and suggestions for places to eat and see. They really made our vacation very special and we are so grateful for their assistance. We stayed at a few places before coming to your hotel and they were all very nice, but your hotel staff is definitely the winner of best stay ever. Thank you.

The staff at the hotel was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. One thing I have to say about the room is bad insulation. You hear the neighbors talking, taking a shower and flushing the toilet. We are satisfied with the continental breakfast buffet. Many guests eat breakfast early in the morning, so if you come down after 9am, there is not much food left. The staff in the kitchen do not work efficiently in our opinion. We witnessed several guests talking to the staff to bring new cutlery, cups and food. The hotel is located near the metro station so that you can easily access to the popular sites.

The hotel was nice for a budget stay. The hotel was located just outside the centre but it was still walkable to the main sights or the metro station is nearby. The room was clean but the furnishings had wear and tear. No tea/coffee facilities to make for yourself. Complimentary bottle of water in the room that you could refill at reception.
