It was a beautiful apartment, Clean great amenities. The only downside was the queen bed desperately needs a new mattress. We both rolled into the middle of the bed. Didn’t get much sleep. Located within walking distance of Salamanca.

Parking was terrible unless you got there super early, we parked on the street but had to be mindful of the parking restrictions. The place was clean, however the shower had terrible mould in it which they knew about but instead of fixing it the rebooked the room. Also if you didn’t take the rubbish which was in the bin they would charge you $20 for their effort of taking it to the bin, I’m surprised that they didn’t want us to clean as well. Also the smoke sector went off at 11.30 at night and again at 8am.

Size of the apartment is good for small family. Bit dirty and can be better , for small kids not good to sit on mat . Very limited supply for dish washing tablets ( 4 nights I got 4 ) which IIS ok but the day we came dishes were not cleaned and we had to redo with water manually. Single aircon in lounge which is not great for bedrooms .

Great stay overall! Owner was very responsive to my queries about recent weather conditions in the Hobart area. Check-in process was easy and apartment was fantastic- really clean and all amenities available including a fully equipped kitchen. Would highly recommend and would definitely revisit!

This is an excellent location from which to explore Hobart. It is up a steep hill, so if you are on foot and have fitness problems maybe it’s not for you. It’s proximity to Salamanca wharf made it perfect for us and the great parking meant access for hire cars was easy.
