The hotel seems very new, basic but comfortable with all the essentials. The neighborhood doesn't offer a lot for shopping and restaurants, but in 15min walking you have everything in the old city center. Good quality x price! If you have light sleep the tram rumor may disturb (not that noisy, earplugs can help!)
