Staff was very friendly, property was immaculate and very well maintained. Located a short walking distance from Kamata station, with plenty of food and shopping around. The room was very clean, with toiletries and a safe provided. Breakfast daily was 7-9am and included a variety of breads, a selection of juices, milk, tea, coffee, and yogurt. Very pleasant stay overall, would book again.

Nice hotel with friendly staff. We loved the free coffee and breakfast. Our shower was excellent. I have allergies and it would have been nice to have been offered a non-feather duvet and pillows. Instead, we got a small blanket in a duvet cover which ended up scrunched up, and small cushions which weren't very comfortable. It was a last minute request but maybe buy some alternatives for the next allergic guest?

Amazing all day coffee, tea , soup base ,microwave,toaster, ice and water in lobby Rooms can be small but all safe, water pot, , excellent staff always in toes, efficient welcoming room staff, excellent location , one drawback is fire STN is nearby , but rarely called . Red roof is 10 min to west side of kamata . Kamata is close to downtown but close to Haneda .

Superb Hotel
Hotel was super clean and quiet, it has all the amenities one would need and much more! There is also a laundry at the hotel. The staff was super helpful with questions and they speak english! Hotel is in the outskirt of Tokyo centrum, but it is very close to a station making going to Shibuya, Shinjuku etc super easy.
