Would have recieved more stars if not for the poor management in this hotel. Dirty bed sheets, stained towels with an orange dye, blocked shower drainage, moudly bathroom ceilings causing a health hazard and lazy room cleaning by house keeping staff. Couldn't even bother help cleaning the toilet, or stock fresh lotions/hand soap on cleaning the room. The hotel charges per person in the room, not for the room itself, as such, an additional fee is incurred for every guest brought into the premises. Hotel managers seem to be interested in attending their 'meetings' as compared to speaking directly with guests. Some reception staff members require appropriate training on how to speak with guests, particularly the night reception staff member named "Don". The impression given by them, was that the guest is either gullable, or is dishonest when an issue is presented to them in a respectable manner. 2 elevators for a 9 floor building. Elevators appear to be constantly under maintainence one at at time, causing delays. The gym is tiny with no air ventilation, making it suffocating, and posing another health hazard for guests. The terrace spa appeared questionable in its presentation. A terrible experience overall! Do not recommend.

Lovely hotel

Very pleasant stay. Stayed there for 13 days. From day 1 until the last day the stay was very comfortable. Clean, service, food every bit of the stay was very good. The staff and the managers were always welcoming and very helpful. The breakfast was also amazing. Definitely recommend this hotel to all.

I will never stay there, bad staff, poor service, fly and mosquito at breakfast, they don’t give extra towel, they refused for any service you need, only give hand and bath towel, they don’t give face towel, very unprofessional and unhelpful staff

The hotel was clean and staff very accomadating. The pool is on the roof, but no sun beds provided or sun shades. Very difficult if ypu wish to relax and swim. The hotel should consider supplying these essential items which other hotels do give.

The property it self is nice hotel, nice helpful staff etc. There was an issue with the twin beds I think mattresses need to be changed to more comfortable ones and also the beds did not seem level, not sure, also pillows were very high. Another issue is the mosquitos in the ground floor restaurant, something needs to be done to try and protect the diners.

Rispetto alle foto che sono sul sito, le camere sono molto vecchie, asciugamani usurati e una volta anche sporchi colazione assolutamente non da considerarsi accettabile o continentale.lo staff è molto carino e cerca sempre di dare una mano sicuramente non è da considerare un quattro stelle

Stay at Your Own Risk

The Empressa Hotel is not good for business travel. There is no business centre in the hotel and meetings in room are not allowed. The staff is not well versed with hospitality sector and their behaviour is not good. The open air restaurant is a big risk if you are a vegetarian. The staff served me non-veg food though I had ordered vegetarian dish during my last stay here.

It was ok ok situation.

No greetings or welcome at reception. Waited long time to check inn. Rooms is not that great. Mattress are not comfortable. Toilet and toiletries are not up to the mark. House keeping was good enough to stay. Linens were good but not Bath towels and napkins at vanity.
