The room was pretty sad. The TV only worked on 1 channel (Meat Eaters). Couldn't get any other remote control buttons to work. Super bright microwave clock light was flashing, couldn't figure out how to program it, couldn't find the plug to silence it. The bathroom was huge but had no vanity, or even a shelf to put my shaving kit and the stuff in it on. If I had been with my wife, she would have walked out. The electronic door lock was screwed up. Almost as soon as you opened it, the lock reset which, if you hadn't yet closed the door, meant you had to re-swipe your key card to get it to pull back the lock - so you could shut the dang door. The toilet seat was super loose - tough to levitate rather than rotate. The window above the bed had a blind but didn't have a curtain - so it was impossible to stop the outside electric lights from making the bedroom too bright to sleep. The Keurig coffee maker worked great - but - there were only 2 caffeinated k-cups. Since the office didn't open until 8:30, that did not provide enough coffee for even one person. If there were 2 people, forget it. The staff was very polite and apologetic - but - you get the idea.
