We stayed here a few times. Always a great spot to be in the middle of the nature. BBQ and cooking facilities are a bonus, as well as the fire pit for a relaxing end of the day. Will stay again

The property is in transition to vacation rentals. It does not really operate well as a motel. The room was not very clean, the heat was a problem. For a one or two night stay in Cooper Landing, it is OK at best.

Only use for emergency stay

While the host/manager was attentive to our needs, the unit is in need of TLC. Leaky rusted bathroom, dirty worn out chairs; rollaway bed = thin mattress on the floor that only fits in dirty niche in bedroom. Stove is old with only one burner working and soiled foil around dangling burners.

Very dirty room. There was spider webs throughout the room. The bed was hard as a rock and the pillows looked older than me. Worst of all was there was NO HOT WATER! After a long day, I at least wanted a nice hot shower but the water was ICE COLD. I do not recommend staying here. Pay a little extra to get a better experience elsewhere.
