An older but decent resort with clean rooms, professional staff, a broad range of options from the restaurant menu, and a clean beach that can be walked for miles. Good internet connection throughout the resort. Parking is not on the property but about 150ft away. Access to the property across the riverside portion by footbridge. Unexpected but just fine if you bring rolling luggage or a backpack.

top floor tenants were very noisy. children were jumping. we couldn't sleep. karaoke was too loud. we informed the reception desk but no action. we checked out early. we couldn't stand another night without sleep. we just stayed for one night. never again to book in that place.
parking area is scary. and didn't see the picture of the house that shown on your website.

The location is great, there are a few things that need to be improved ;
The only access to the Potipot Resort is across a walking bridge and car park is off the facility
The room assigned was quit okay , but neighboring resort connecting wall had a open kitchen , whereby at 4am start making noise

For the $72.00/night that was paid to stay, it was NOT WORTH it. Let me start with the bathroom. One knows when you take a shower & the soap does not lather, it could only mean the water that’s coming out of the faucet is HARD Water, as in SALT WATER. I’m just wondering where their source of water in their shower room is coming from. To add injury to the situation, there was NO HOT WATER. I have to stoop when I use the comfort room. I’m 5’8” tall, and the ceiling is low for me. The hand soap they provided smells AWFUL and way too diluted with water. NO TOILETRIES ... no bar of soap, a sachet of shampoo. No amount of air freshener could be used to mask the musty odor of the bedroom. The sofa was full of crawling ants; the third guest was bitten in his left lower eyelid & woke up with a swollen eye. The side of room adjacent to the hallway was made of block glass, so that caused me to storm the front desk reception area at the middle of the night complained about the bright lights & for the hallway lights to be turned off which they did. The price of food is OVER PRICED. Stay away from the pizza they serve. We ordered a pizza with bacon & cheese toppings. The pizza was a 12 inch thin crust pizza. What kind of cheese did they use? & forget about the bacon bits. Oh lord have mercy. Do they really know the taste of the food they serve or worst, do they really care about the taste of food they serve? I’ve more of things to say I believe I ran out of characters allowed.

The second bed was very lumpy and uncomfortable. When I asked for a better mattress they brought a second. It was much better for my daughter to sleep on.

Lovely resort near Potipot Island
This place is great. Lovely grounds and right on the beach. Boate to Potipot Island pick you up for your day trip right on the beach behind the hotel. I bought some big crabs from a local vendor and the hotel cooked them for me. Delicious and cheap. Very enjoyable stay.

Some staff are friendly, some are not. Room is clean but the comfort room is not clean. Mosquitos and flies are everywhere, even in the toilet and room. Breakfast is excellent. Food is quite expensive, taste is ok but the quantity is too expensive for the price.

I was not very happy with our stay because there were a group of men drinking outside our room and their cigarette smoke comes in our room. The staff did all she could to transfer us to a better room and did not charge us anything more. Im glad she transferred us.

Finns ingen wifi på resorten - jag åkte 1 km upp på berget och fick wifi med mitt Globe-kort. Badstranden i närheten är jätteliten och full med sten.

Worst Stay ever in this Resort... Bad service
We reached the resort around past 6pm, the Reception are not pleasant, no one ever assit us to take of our luggages. The reception who asssit never greet us nor he make smile. Whe we reached the room, the housekeeping still preapring our room, to think we check-in late.
No TV remote control, i informed the same guy in reception and he told me to bring one, until we check-out the next day, no remote control received.
The room is unpleasant to sleep, its creepy. the Comfort room is like you are underneath the sinking boat.
The worst part of it, we have nothing to do in the evening, so we went around and found out they have videoke. So we use it and we sing for about 4 songs, on our fifth song, one of the waiter approach us around 8pm, and mentioned we should stop because the area is reserved. So we have no choice but to stop. Beside the videoke area is the swimming pool, so we tend to swim instead, and we noticed no one is using the videoke until 10PM. It's like we just shut up on the videoke area. what a bad service and bad amenities of this Resort.
I will never ever come back nor suggests this place.
The next day on our breakfast, the service crew pouring drinking water on foreigner glassess; BUT NEVER ever made a glance on us. we are just beside their table! Shame on you!!!
