It was absolutely amazing, the breakfast was amazing especially when the weather permits to have breakfast on the 3 season porch, the rooms are extremely clean, the service was amazing, and the bed was like lying on a cloud, some of the best sleep I've ever gotten and the view if the lake is really nice and cozy.

Rooms vary in decor and each seemed to have it's own flavor. Each had some unique item(s) to view and much thought has been given to the selection of interest for guests. Long porch overlooks a beautiful lake and is quiet and peaceful How nice to arrive (after a long drive) to a complimentary glass of wine and a comfortable chair overlooking this lake. Staff is outstanding. Hostess checked on us via text to see why we were late to arrive, and if we were OK or needed any help with directions, etc. We were greeted by first names upon arrival and thereafter. Breakfast was wonderful. This is not your typical "Express" breakfast....this is full blown, beautifully set, home made breakfast including fruit, hot homemade entree, and pastries. Plus we received a snack for our next drive...and there were snacks in the common den and other places to take advantage of anytime. You are truly welcome at the Lakeside Bed & Breakfast. This host couple couldn't try any harder to make this special. Yes, the property needs a bit of maintenance on the outside, but that doesn't take away from this being a beautiful respite. We were tired...we started the next day refreshed! Thank you for all you did for us. We wish we could have stayed for your "Murder Mystery Night". Doesn't that sound like fun?
