Unbelievable bad service. From check-in to have someone hitting my door very strongly and opened it at 8 AM. I was sleeping naked. They banged very strongly and never allowed any time to respond before opening the door. I pushed it back and locked it. It was an awful way for someone to wake me up. I had trouble sleeping and meetings with Asia and needed to drive long hours. I couldn't fall asleep again. It was unsafe for me to drive. I had to make so many stops for coffee and washing my face. Endless day. The hotel should really invest on training the staff to avoid such episodes from ever happening again.

Pessoal do atendimento deixou de me atender duas vezes, uma, quando pedi para ligar a sauna e me pediram para aguardar. Acabei por desistir após meia hora de espera. A segunda, quando desci à recepção para saber como faria para passar uma camisa. Me disseram que aguardasse, pois alguém me levaria um ferro de passar roupa no quarto, o que não ocorreu. O pior entretanto foi dormir quatro noites perturbado pelo ar condicionado do apto vizinho, cuja exaustora envelhecida e enferrujada, instalada na varanda, produzia um ruído infernal, mais parecendo uma turbina de avião. O ar do quarto era da mesma forma barulhento. O café da manhã pode melhorar, bastando copiar dos outros hotéis de mesmo nível.

A única coisa boa no hotel foi o café da manhã. No quarto tudo tinha vazamento, inclusive colocaram um balde para o ar condicionado, no banheiro também tinha muito vazamentos. A piscina nunca era limpa, inclusive nem consegui entrar, não tinha um chuveirão também próximo da piscina, uma pena, pois a localização é muito boa. O Hotel tinha tudo para ser magnífico.

Já é a terceira vez que fico no hotel, sempre fiquei em quartos novos, dessa vez nos colocaram em um quarto velho, com um ar condicionado manual e bem barulhento, uma Tv bem velha e a internet não estava funcionando direito. Mas o café como sempre maravilhoso.

O ar condicionado de janela não estava funcionando, só estava ventilando, e a geladeira ligada estava descongelada (nossa comida iria estragar), o quarto de casal só tinha uma toalha. O técnico foi analisar o ar e pediu para esperar gelar, esperei 1h e o quarto extremamente quente. Solicitei a mudança de quarto, um recepcionista (que nem estava nos atendendo) quis discutir que na reserva não garante ar condicionado split, extremamente grosso, zero educação! Pagamos caro para ter conforto, se é para passar calor deveriam colocar para os hóspedes levarem o ventilador de casa. Outros dois atendentes (uma senhora e um homem) foram bem atenciosos em resolver a demanda. Nos trocaram de quarto, onde o ar e a geladeira estavam funcionando.

O hotel é novo, porém alguns quartos ainda possuem ar-condicionado de janela que NÃO FUNCIONA! Alguns funcionários são extremamente difíceis de negociar, o cliente paga caro e tem que ficar implorando para trocar de quarto. Mandam a manutenção olhar, não conseguem ajustar (pois não está funcionando) e é uma grande burocracia para troca. É absurdo pagar caro para ficar no calor!!
