Casa Dona Rosa, Hôtes non fiables!
Expérience décevante et terrible à Casa Dona Rosa ! Nous avions réservé notre dernière nuit pour notre séjour à Cuba dans cette casa particular pour visiter las Terrazas. Quand nous sommes arrivés vers 18h après un voyage fatiguant, les propriétaires nous ont informé que la chambre n'était pas disponible car leur famille leur avait rendu visite. Ils nous ont pas prévenus avant et nous ont mis devant le fait accompli en nous proposant une autre chambre chez un particulier. Cette chambre vieille et infestée d'insectes en tout genre n'était pas à la hauteur de notre choix initial et nous avons été piqués durant toute la nuit. Situation inacceptable. Je ne recommande pas ces hôtes car ils ne sont pas fiables. J'avais appelé au téléphone en plus le matin avant de partir.

Cette casa particalares est un vrai bijou à Soroa. Dona Rosa et son mari sont très accueillants et vous font sentir chez vous dès la première minute. Madame Rosa m'a servi un diner exceptionnel, dont je vais me souvenir longtemps. Je recommande fortement cette casa. Merci à vous deux pour votre accueil, votre aide et votre bonté. Liebevoll eingerichtete Casa mit sehr höflichen, zurückhaltenden Gastgebern. Das Frühstück ist sehr gut und weit mehr als ausreichend, auf Wunsch wird auch abends gekocht, was wg der abgeschiedenen Lage der Unterkunft hilfreich ist. Die Casa eignet sich gut als Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen.
