We were a family of 4 in a room and we were refused even more than 2 towels (asked to pay for additional) - four people to share 2 towels (horrible and unheard of policy). Same for water / cups etc. Never before have experienced such practices. At one point, one of the housekeeping ladies also pointed put that one hand towel is missing (which in fact it was not, when accounted for later)
Separately, my little kid feel sick and threw up on the bed and the bedding had to be cleaned. During the final settlement, they charged us for dry cleaning ($75USD - after generously applying a 50% discount) coz as per them the stains could not be removed. First, they did not inform about this policy before (even when we asked housekeeping categorically if any issue) and when we asked that we be shown the stained pieces at check out, they themselves could not find the stains (at which point we left without paying as we had to arrive at the airport and they clearly were trying to get away with charging us - they did not expect us to ask for the pieces to be shown to us). Also, to our utmost disgust and astonishment, they also charged us for a cold water bottle from the room fridge (which we did contest but we were 100% not to have consumed any because we eventually bought our own 5L water bottle from the mart right next to the hotel)
The food and cocktails were can be avoided at the hotel.
Definitely would neither go back nor recommend this place.
