This place is amazing. Super clean, spacious rooms, very comfortable bed. They have a snack bar with complimentary snacks and drinks along with a coffee machine. Everything you could want! We felt so spoiled. The historic home has been kept up so well and is so beautiful to see the original woodwork. They even have an antique rotary dial wall phone! Kevin was so gracious and is a wonderful host. His breakfast was superb! It was easy to get in, had free parking and we felt very safe! We will definitely be back.

This house was, said, originally built 100 years old, but it's very well-maintained. We stayed in a room on the second floor with a balcony, and the whole room was cozy and comfortable. The room was very well-managed, and the toilet and bath were very clean. After a pleasant day, my wife and I enjoyed a delicious breakfast dishes the next morning. Thank Kevin! Afterwards, we took a walk around the area and enjoyed the buildings while walking from the hotel to Summit Avenue. This place was one of the best bed and breakfast places I ever had.

Our stay was excellent. The accommodation was clean, comfortable and fit our needs. The breakfasts that Kevin provided were delicious. We had choices each morning and the presentation was superb. The historic home is so lovely and the period furnishings were awesome. We will stay in this B & B again.

We had a wonderful three-night stay. The property is lovely, sparkling clean, and top-notch service. We stayed in the coach house, which was such a treat. Beautiful property. We Stay in the Carriage House, it was great and spacious just like renting a nice little Apartment for the weekend. We are somewhat local so only about a 30 minute drive from home. It was spring break for my girlfriend and I so it was just what we needed. Kevin was an amazing host and chef!

Most comfortable beds & delicious meals!

What a wonderful treat in the heart of St. Paul! We enjoyed our stay in the Carriage House, which was perfect for our group of three. The beds were so comfortable, I might replace my own with this brand of mattress. For our family, it was wonderful to have a choice of 3 breakfasts. There was certainly something for everyone! The service was amazing and I highly recommend staying at the Historic District B&B. I can't wait to visit again.
